Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute control over your mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can set up a brand new email account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Moreover, you can redirect e-mails from one mailbox account to another, configure email filters, create auto-response messages and secure your e-mail boxes against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mail boxes against junk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming email messages according to certain criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your mail accounts and modify the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email account to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Simply select the e-mailbox you wish to forward electronic mails from, then specify the destination e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you would like to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
